Are Twitter Users Narcissists?

Much ink has been spilled about the new(ish) Twitter-craze. I myself have been tapping away 140 characters pretty regularly since January (see Twitter feed in the 3rd column).

Much of the commentary on said Twitter-craze has pointed out the apparent narcissism that that must be driving self-obsessed souls like me to write about my daily to-ings and fro-ings.

Personally I don’t really use Twitter in that way. For me, Twitter is a great tool to network people and ideas. It’s a great tool for ministry.

However, the accusations of narcissism abound.

I don’t want to spend time defending Twitter from here… So why not go and see what Abraham Piper has to say:
